Well...

It's an alright start for ya. It's not exactly something i would blam, because of obvious effort and time put in. Then again, its not really the best thing in the world now is it?

you seem to have a good grasp on liniar objects: ie, guns, inanimate objects, cars, planes, ect. i liked the reactions of the streaks on the road, well done. however your organic animation is very much lacking. as are your audio skills.

stay away from the stick men, the filled in black characters, and work on more of a story, tell us why the hell they shoot this guy in the begining. hope this was helpful. and if you want any pointers on how to do something in flash in the future feel free to contact me.

this movie is a bastard child.

ok ok. not bad for what it is. lemmie give you a rundown so certain misfourtunate reviews wont happen in the future.

here are the things you did right:

the dog was flippin hillarious. i didn't see it coming.
the voice work fit the characters
the ambient noise was well done, eveything played when it should have.

here are some things you need to work on:

character design - the main character and the dog are strangely remanicent of nightmares jack and zero. and the old man had some attributes of eugine from courage the cowardly dog.

background design - it's like i'm watching a poorly drawn ep of salad fingers. seriously the shack house in the midst of nowhere, overdone.

Animation - so far i can see you know how to tween, try and work on your character turns. and as for clouds, it's all about layers.

style - find your own style, and work on a story, it was kind of like if salad fingers and nightmare before christmas had a bastard son..

it was worth watching once, you'll get better the more time you put in and work on your own style. rock rock on.
